Josh Gibbs sent us two more corrections:

page 102: under the middle diagram it should also read 'White wins, no matter who moves' instead of 'Draw...'

page 199, above position 12.36: 'defending pawn' should read 'defended pawn'.

 Six years ago I passed one of the most complicated agency trials in the world for Japanese to English translation. I then self destructed and drank too much due to the belief I couldn't succeed.
