Chess Training

I am doing a modified version of the training proscribed by Michael de la Maza in Rapid Chess Improvement.  I am doing puzzles on lichess. The first day I did 100 puzzles, the second day I did 200 puzzles and today I did 300 puzzles.

This is very stressful and I find it hard to concentrate for so long. It reminds me of Catherine Jeta-Jones' character in entrapment being trained by Sean Connery

"You will get a rest when you get it right!"

After having solved 500 puzzles in one day I will go into positional chess as well as studying the endgames and openings. I think I need to improve my powers of concentration.
