lose focus for one second and someone gets hurt


I feel like Linus from Ocean's 11 when I play chess. I keep blundering when I play on Lichess. My aim for January is to play one hourly tournament on Lichess without blundering in one game. 


My knowledge of chess is very in depth, but I let myself down by blundering too much. I hope this is the end of my blunderitis.
